He has been recognized for his negotiation skills, keen eye for detail, setting sales records, constantly improving customer service and as a leader in improving the quality of life throughout the Capital District.In 2002, David was recruited to join Blackman & DeStefano and he quickly became one of the top producing agents in the Albany area. Even more important was what his clients noticed – they witnessed a model of perseverance, patience, creativity and professionalism. In late 2002, Blackman & DeStefano merged with RealtyUSA and in 2017 RealtyUSA merged with Howard Hanna and the combined companies remain to this day the leading residential real estate organization in the Capital Region.
